North Devon Coast Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and English Heritage are looking for volunteers to help with their Heritage at Risk Survey - Link - a training event is planned for 3 December 2010

14 March - end April 2011 Some of the flints found during fieldwalking at West Yeo will form the Spring Opening Exhibition at South Molton Museum. There will also be a display of all work undertaken by the Society at the Farm during the last two years.

FURTHER WORK AT WEST YEO FARM IN 2011

We intend to carry out more geophys (earth resistance survey) in February 2011, followed by field walking again in March, excavation of the Causeway feature in April, and more excavation of the wall in early June.
